More than lessons

Music comes alive when it’s shared! Alongside their weekly lessons, pupils have exciting opportunities to work towards Trinity examinations, perform in concerts and take part in local music festivals. These special events help build confidence, celebrate progress and give every pupil something inspiring to work towards.

Trinity College London

The school is an official Trinity College London Exam Centre and pupils have the opportunity of taking Trinity exams several times a year. At Grade 6 these exams attract UCAS points for university entrance.

at the Music School.

Concerts

Pupils have regular opportunities to play in public at our concerts where their progress can be celebrated. Our next concert date is

Sunday 27 June 2027 featuring pupils duets, and performances from Initial to post Grade 8

Festivals

For the more adventurous of our pupils there are possibilities of competing in local music festivals in Alderley Edge, Hazel Grove and previously Bowdon.
